Children's Mental Health Week 2026
Place2Be's Children's Mental Health Week 2026 will take place from 9-15 February 2026.
Children's Mental Health Week 2026, organised by the charity Place2Be and its partners, will take place from Monday, February 9th to Sunday, February 15th, 2026. The week’s theme, “This is My Place”, highlights the importance of belonging for children’s mental well-being. Place2Be is offering free resources for schools, families, and communities to explore the theme and raise awareness about the role of inclusive environments in supporting positive mental health.
The campaign aims to empower children, give them a voice, and encourage the adults and systems around them to foster environments where they feel safe, supported, and valued. By focusing on belonging, the initiative seeks to help children develop resilience and confidence while promoting understanding and empathy within communities.
There are several ways to get involved. Schools, families, workplaces, and community groups can download free activity packs and resources from the official Children’s Mental Health Week website to explore the theme and encourage conversations about mental health. Participants can also support the cause by fundraising to help Place2Be continue its vital work. The provided materials are designed to guide discussions and activities that reinforce the importance of inclusion, belonging, and mental well-being for all children.
