New View on the Handsam Training Log - The Account Training Matrix

To enable clients to better review their provision of training to staff, and in response to client requests, Handsam Ltd have implemented a new view within the TRAINING REPORTING option of the TRAINING LOG entitled ACCOUNT TRAINING MATRIX.

Where courses have not been completed (shown with a red background) and staff need to be further reminded, the REMIND USERS function can be used.

Or where training needs to be refreshed but no course has been yet assigned on the system, meaning a colleague’s training may have lapsed (shown with a pink background).

The grid view can be filtered by trainee(s), teams or courses to allow for ease of reporting. And the grid view can then also be exported to a range of file formats.

This view allows users with Training Administrator access rights to review which courses are assigned to which staff and when in a grid view, and then see via a simple colour-coded background whether staff have completed the courses or not.

This will allow Training Administrators to visually identify any gaps where training has either not been assigned to staff who should be assigned it and take action to assign where necessary.
